If I can't seem to finish the commission due to any circumstances, i'll refund you based on how far the progress is along with the uncompleted art (png and jpeg). No refunds when working on progress and for completed commissions.

I'm allowed to use the commission artwork for my portfolio, stream it and upload my progress on public to promote myself. Additional fees will be charged for private commissions.

Do not claim it as yours and use it to gain profit unless it is for commercial use.

Clients may post my wips / the final piece on their acc, however proper credit is appreciated and expected.

I reserve the right to be credited as the character designer or illustrator when I create or visualize a character, especially if the design is used for public, streaming, or branding purposes (ex: VTubing, PNGTubing, or promotional use)
